What is the estimated delivery time for items purchased?
All orders will be dispatched in 1-2 days except for off regions in UAE. For far regions it will be 3-4 days.
We will notify you by email when the order has been dispatched.
Are taxes and duties included?
Taxes and duties (if any) in the country where the product is delivered to are not included and subject to the prevailing regulations at time of receipt. Each country has different rules for customs import duties
What if the packaging is damaged in transit ?
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery please contact us immediately using this link
What is the delivery / shipping cost for my order ?
For purchase above AED 300 delivery will be free. For purchase below AED 300, shipping charge will be AED 15.
